He has advised some of the best known brands in the industry from mobile operators to broadcasters, from ISPs to the backers of newspapers and the owners of radio stations. Matt has led many campaigns promoting international business brands, supporting fundraisings and corporate transactions including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Matt has extensive experience of advising clients through hostile situations and reputational crises both within TMT and beyond in banking, defence and manufacturing.
